I teach IELTS, TOEFL, General English, and Business English to learners of different ages and proficiency levels. For IELTS Speaking and Writing, I use speaking simulations, evaluate written work, and give feedback based on assessment criteria.
I develop lessons around each student’s learning goals and areas for improvement, including grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and fluency. I’ve also provided customer service and technical support for Amazon Customer Support / AT&T Technical Support, assisting international customers in English.
