I teach ESL, TOEIC, OPIC, and Business English to learners of all ages, adapting lessons to individual needs and tracking progress through detailed feedback.

At IMS Academy and CELLA Premium Campus, I led one-on-one and group classes for international students across Asia. At CELLA, I taught listening, reading, grammar, vocabulary, speaking, and writing from novice to intermediate levels, created group-class curriculum, and received a Manager’s Choice award.

I’ve also delivered online English instruction at ICATCHU and JOY ENGLISH for Korean children, teenagers, and adults, using digital teaching platforms, e-books, Skype, Amolto, and Microsoft Word evaluations.

Before returning to teaching, I trained as a Fraud Universal Representative at Synchrony, handling lost or stolen reports, suspicious-account transaction verification, credit application calls, and customer interactions while meeting quality and productivity metrics.
