What I'm looking for

I'm seeking Product Manager and Business Analyst roles in GCCs and product-led companies where I can turn stakeholder needs, AI/ML evaluation, and data-driven insights into roadmap decisions and measurable product outcomes.

At Zinnia, I owned requirements, evaluation, and the Version 2 roadmap for an LLM-powered enterprise knowledge chatbot used by Operations. My retrieval evaluation framework improved accuracy from near-zero to approximately 96% and supported migration from Azure QnA to a RAG architecture.

I'm completing a Computer Science (Data Science) degree at NSUT while building AI and analytics products, including a GraphSAGE mentor-matching MVP and IoT charging framework. I translate user research, metrics, and technical trade-offs into clear product requirements and stakeholder-ready decisions.
