My name is Xiao (Iris) Wang, and I bring over eleven years of experience from the oil and gas industry, where I honed my skills in accounting, material management, and data analysis at Huayi Down-hole Operation (CNPC) in China. This extensive experience has equipped me with strong problem-solving, organizational, communication, and analytical skills that extend beyond traditional academic learning.

After completing a Graduate Diploma in Computer Science in July 2023 from Auckland University of Technology, I transitioned into software development. I worked as a Technology Solutions Graduate at FNZ for about four months, where I contributed to both backend and frontend development. Currently, I am focused on a self-driven substrate-bank project in Rust, while also learning Solana to delve into the Blockchain world. My passion for technology drives me to continuously learn and innovate in this rapidly evolving field.
