What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a fully remote team where I can build high‑TPS Rust blockchain/DeFi infrastructure, own networking/transaction pool/sync components, manage deployments, and help ship product launches—while mentoring engineers and improving maintainability.

I’m a fully remote Senior Rust Engineer at Bitget, specializing in building an L1 DeFi protocol based on Reth (Rust Ethereum). I focus on networking, the transaction pool, the data sync module, and managing service deployments to keep releases reliable at high performance.

Over the last 12 years, I’ve worked across decentralized protocols and real-time systems, primarily as a Substrate and Rust engineer. I’ve delivered major refactors and scalable architecture through custom Substrate pallets, and I’ve led integrations that connect chains via XCM and custom APIs—bringing Solana and other ecosystems into production-grade workflows.

My background also includes broader engineering leadership: I started at Serato as a Team Lead (team of 5) and software developer, where our flagship product codebase was in C++. I enjoy technical documentation, Agile/Scrum execution, and collaborating closely with external partners to ship blockchain product launches.
