Led end-to-end development of AI-powered insight features aimed at helping users translate research into actionable, strategic business decisions. Built and integrated full-stack solutions using a React (TypeScript) frontend, Ruby on Rails backend, Apollo GraphQL, and Python-based AWS Lambda functions to automate the delivery of tailored insights.

Led multiple initiatives including the management of the mentoring program and social events. Achieved a significant milestone in 2025 with over 950 sign-ups, demonstrating effective leadership and organisational skills in driving membership engagement and growth within the society.

Conducted weekly lab tutorials to over 300 students for INFOSYS220, fostering students’ critical thinking and application of business analysis skills within the system development life cycle. Managed student administration and communication via online platforms like Canvas and Piazza, ensuring seamless resource distribution and facilitating collaborative learning.

Independently developed an AI-powered question suggestion feature using Ruby on Rails, React (TypeScript), and Amazon Bedrock, enhancing Optimal’s flagship surveying tool used by tens of thousands of enterprise-level customers. Wrote GraphQL queries and mutations to support data flow, and implemented unit tests with RSpec and Jest to ensure code reliability and functionality in production environm

Implemented backend functionalities utilising the MERN stack, contributing to the development of a specialised job-seeking platform for the University of Auckland’s Formula Society of Automotive Engineers.
