I’m looking to lead creative and production teams that value artistic integrity and business KPIs—managing end-to-end digital workflows, collaborating cross-functionally, and using Generative AI automation to ship on time.

I’m a strategic leader bridging high-level creative vision with rigid production deadlines. I leverage a background in Studio Ownership and Creative Direction to manage multidisciplinary teams while protecting artistic integrity and hitting business KPIs.

In recent freelance and in-house roles, I managed end-to-end production lifecycles for Tier-1 clients including Disney, Sony, Universal Music, Def Jam, and Kwantlen Polytechnic University. I recruited and directed a remote multidisciplinary team of 8 specialists, oversaw task delegation, QA, and daily stand-ups, and delivered 100% on-time delivery. I also integrated Generative AI tools and automated workflows (vibe coding/web apps) into the production pipeline, reducing manual overhead by ~30% and accelerating prototyping, including broadcast-quality 3D animation spots aired during the Super Bowl.
