I thrive in high-pressure environments, where I can streamline processes and improve communication to drive results.

Throughout my career, I have held various roles, including Art Director at Fighting Chance Games and Associate Art Director at Behaviour Interactive, where I successfully managed art production pipelines and coordinated cross-functional collaboration. My passion for developing efficient workflows has led to significant improvements in team productivity and project scalability, ensuring that we consistently meet and exceed expectations.

In addition to my professional achievements, I am dedicated to mentoring the next generation of artists and producers. I actively participate in community involvement initiatives, such as being a Game Heads Mentor and a Women in Games Ambassador.
