I've led marketing, communications, and media initiatives for Massanutten Academy and SmartRoof, building strategies that strengthen brands, generate leads, and support organizational growth.

At Massanutten Academy, I directed the institutional rebrand from Massanutten Military Academy to Massanutten Academy, created a comprehensive brand guide, and led digital strategy across SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, and enrollment funnels. I manage marketing performance through Google Analytics and CRM reporting, present growth initiatives to executive leadership and the Board of Trustees, and lead a team of five marketing contractors.

At SmartRoof, I directed company-wide marketing and communications supporting recruitment, sales, training, and brand development. I oversaw a rebranded website, relaunched social media strategy, built an in-house media studio, produced and hosted the SmartRoof podcast, and created more than 500 photo and video assets.
