At W EXECUTIVE FRANCE, I lead finance for France and partner with the CEO and business directors on performance and decisions. I created performance reporting by consultant, manager, practice and partner, covering P&L, margins, EBITDA, headcount and productivity.

I contributed to the financial turnaround, with a return to profitability from the end of H1 2026, and helped reduce DSO to ~45 days. Previously, at THE ADECCO GROUP, I worked in group reporting in a US GAAP environment and supported financial control across its real estate portfolio and transformation projects.
