At BDO, I deliver interim finance management, FP&A, and finance transformation assignments for international groups, mid-sized companies, and SMEs. I partner with leadership teams on P&L, cash flow, working capital, budgets, forecasts, financial KPIs, and decision-making.
I've structured post-merger controlling, built rolling cash forecasts, deployed Oracle Finance and Amelkis EPM, and automated Power BI reporting. Previously at Mazars and Eutelsat, I supported SAP S/4HANA deployments, strategic planning, reporting, budgeting, closing, and process automation using VBA and Tableau.
