In my current role in customer service for an online gaming platform, I respond to users quickly and effectively. I handle back-end inquiries to provide solutions, approve withdrawals, identify malicious users, and support users with changing withdrawal and login passwords.

I also support CPF/PIX account questions, manage pending or failed recharges, and communicate with payment channels about user withdrawals and top-ups. My focus is on resolving issues clearly and efficiently to keep the user experience reliable and secure.

Previously, I served as Commercial and Administrative Director, where I directed commercial activities and policies, aligned work with strategic objectives, evaluated results, and monitored performance indicators while developing business plans to meet goals. I also taught English at all levels, strengthening my ability to explain, adapt, and guide people.
