I’m a dedicated and highly motivated professional with a B.Sc. in Human Kinetics and Health Education from the University of Port Harcourt. I bring hands-on experience managing an e-commerce business and maintaining professional communication across multiple digital platforms.

As an Owner & Manager, I handled daily operations and customer interactions—responding to inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, processing customer orders, and maintaining accurate business records. I also created engaging product descriptions and promotional content to support sales and customer engagement.

I’m proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, Gmail, and digital communication tools, and I use Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business to manage customer conversations and promotions. My strengths include strong written communication, active listening, problem-solving, and time management—so I can deliver exceptional service consistently.

Right now, I’m focused on a full-time remote role where I can support teams through Virtual Assistance, Customer Support, and Administration. I’m reliable, detail-oriented, quick to learn, and solution-oriented—ready to contribute to organizational success.
