At Carousel, I manage end-to-end production and delivery of national advertising campaigns for brands including Meta, Sony, New Balance, UGG, and Crocs. I lead a cross-functional team of 40, oversee budgets and schedules, and served campaigns that included two commercials featured during Super Bowl LX.
At Gauthier Health Care and Wellness Center, I helped reinvent a chiropractic practice into a holistic health and functional medicine business. I led operational initiatives across an interdisciplinary team, helped grow revenue through new accounts, and designed individualized healthcare programs for more than 120 patients.
