I've delivered Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for Metronet, Compucom, and CDW, resolving hardware, software, network, and enterprise deployment issues across remote and field environments.

At Metronet, I supported high-speed fiber internet and VoIP customers through calls, chat, and email. I performed advanced troubleshooting including ONT rebuilding, router configuration, and voice-service optimization, helping minimize downtime and avoid unnecessary field dispatches.

At Compucom, I restored connectivity across Juniper, Aruba, Cisco, Meraki, and AT&T VPN environments while managing SLA-driven tickets and partnering with NOC and engineering teams. I also handled enterprise hardware upgrades, OS deployments, rack rewiring, and network configuration verification.

I'm currently configuring and staging enterprise systems at CDW, including hardware assembly, OS imaging, secure remote deployments, software mapping, asset tracking, and quality assurance.
