I’m a seasoned Project and Product Manager with more than 20 years of experience in telecommunications, SaaS, and ERP systems. Over my career, I’ve led large cross-functional teams, managed full project lifecycles, and delivered complex digital transformation initiatives.

I specialise in Agile project delivery (Scrum, Kanban, SDLC, Waterfall), ERP systems (Sage 300), and systems integration across banking, insurance, and telecoms. My background includes driving cloud migrations, API development, and business process optimisation, all while ensuring measurable efficiency gains and cost savings.

Certified as a Scrum Master, ITIL Foundation, and Microsoft Systems Engineer, I combine technical depth with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. I’ve directed teams of up to 70 staff and worked with global vendors including Huawei, Nokia Siemens, and ZTE, consistently maintaining 99.9% uptime in mission-critical environments.
