I negotiate oral and written access agreements with landowners, municipalities, and government agencies, and I interpret plat maps, legal easement documents, and aerial imagery to identify exact ROW boundaries. I also apply NERC FAC-003 trim specifications based on line voltage, conductor span, heat sag, wind sway, and wildfire tier designation—then deliver detailed unit-count reporting and regulatory documentation directly to utility clients.
