At FBR Solutions LLC, I supervised eight employees and coordinated telecommunications permit submissions, tracking, and quality reviews. I managed workloads that averaged 150–200 permits per month during high-volume periods, with packages typically approved on the first submission.
I reviewed outside plant permit drawings against engineering plans and jurisdiction requirements, and worked with city, county, and DOT reviewers to clarify requirements and address comments. I also researched plats and permitting requirements for new jurisdictions.
At APEX Advance Technology LLC, I served as the permitting lead for telecommunications customers and projects, including AT&T, Charter, TDS, MasTec, and Zayo. I coordinated priorities, assignments, submissions, corrections, and approvals with customer representatives and internal teams.
At RTS Associates, LLC, I managed a 23-person team, assigned workloads, monitored quality and deadlines, and trained staff in permitting procedures and jurisdiction requirements. I also prepared and reviewed OSP permit drawings and coordinated with AT&T on permitting requirements and project priorities.
