What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead contract lifecycle and procurement legal strategy—partnering with Legal, IT Security, and Finance to reduce cost and risk, strengthen compliance (HIPAA/Stark/OMIG), and operationalize scalable CLM processes.

I’m a New York licensed attorney in active status and good standing with 20+ years of experience in contract management, procurement, commercial contracting, SaaS and vendor negotiations, compliance, and contract lifecycle management. JD-trained and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt–certified, I’m known for managing multimillion-dollar contract portfolios while reducing cost and risk and improving supplier performance through well-governed contracting processes.

In my current role, I draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts and B2B agreements to reduce liability and avoid disputes. I advise clients on regulatory and compliance issues across multiple jurisdictions, using advanced AI tools in contract review to compare agreements, standardize redlines, and identify contract risk 80% faster, while strengthening controls with a contract term tracking system.

From June 2021 through March 2025 as Lead Contract Analyst (Acting Counsel - Procurement) for the University of Rochester / University of Rochester Medical Center, I managed a $200M+ portfolio of IT, IT development, and clinical products contracts. I delivered 10% annual cost reduction and avoidance, led SaaS sourcing and enterprise licensing negotiations, and drafted HIPAA, Stark Law, OMIG, and data privacy–aligned provisions—then introduced AI-supported contract review workflows to improve alignment with corporate policy guidelines and to identify risk 70% faster.

Earlier, I negotiated commercial contracts and settlements to reduce risk and operational exposure while advising clients on regulatory obligations and multi-state requirements. At Xerox, I led supplier relationships and strategic sourcing for a $300M+ contract portfolio, implemented supplier performance metrics, and drove Lean Six Sigma projects that generated $1.5M in cost savings by removing operational bottlenecks across Legal, Finance, and Supply Chain.
