What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead operations and logistics at scale—driving safety, service consistency, and budget alignment through training, SOP execution, strong dispatch and contractor onboarding, and accountable performance management.

I am an operations and logistics leader with experience managing multi-site home delivery, warehouse distribution, dispatch, DOT compliance, payroll, contractor onboarding, and customer service operations. In my current role as General Manager, I lead home delivery operations across two markets, overseeing daily logistics, safety, invoicing, and customer scheduling while directing delivery routes and coordinating labor across regions. I also own DOT compliance, claims handling, manifest preparation, and training programs for drivers and helpers across multiple final-mile product categories.

I strengthen operational consistency through training and SOP execution, and I lead P&L performance by analyzing budgets, auditing customer invoices, and implementing corrective actions to align branches with forecast targets. Previously, I led warehouse distribution and final-mile delivery as a Lead Delivery Driver/Manager, training teams on RF scanners, loading procedures, and service expectations while managing multi-truck operations and workforce performance. Earlier, I owned and operated a delivery business, and before that I served as a transport coordinator in the United States Army, bringing a strong logistics foundation and a consistent commitment to safety and accountability.
