At Wausau Supply Company, I held full P&L ownership of a $40M distribution operation and delivered the location’s two most profitable years while leading the district in sales. I redesigned the 12-route territory and used KPI reporting to guide corrective action.

At Reile’s Transfer & Delivery, I turned around warehouse operations across two facilities without interrupting client service. I reached 98% inventory accountability on 100M+ lbs of product within 60 days, then sustained it for 360 consecutive days; I also authored GMP standards, SOPs, and training programs.

My work has also included directing operations at The Home Depot and serving as a combat engineer team leader in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve, including deployment to Helmand Province, Afghanistan.
