I’m a customer-focused Customer Support Specialist who enjoys handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and delivering excellent service across email, chat, and phone. I bring strong communication and problem-solving skills, and I’m confident staying calm and professional in fast-paced environments. I also work well remotely, with a consistent focus on maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Since starting as a Self-Employed Customer Support Representative, I’ve handled daily customer interactions, investigated and resolved issues, and ensured customers leave satisfied.
