I took part in transferring critical Accounts Receivable processes from Mumbai to Poland, capturing process knowledge and helping implement and stabilise the work in Kraków. At BOMAR Transport & Spedition, I created Desk-Top Procedures for internal workflows; in my current freelance role, I support prospect research, B2B outreach and back-office process documentation.
