What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my customer service, CRM, and operational coordination experience in a role where I can develop new technology and AI skills, improve processes, and support customers effectively.

At Viavox, I managed international customer assistance for automotive brands including VW, Ford, and Cupra.

I coordinated towing, mechanic support, replacement vehicles, and transport while verifying insurance coverage. I handled complex emergency situations, managed multiple cases across communication channels, and worked with advanced CRM systems and databases.

In an outbound Brillen campaign, I generated leads and appointments for free eye examinations. I used negotiation and communication techniques to convert calls into bookings and support a positive brand image.

I'm expanding my knowledge of new technologies and practical AI applications through Google and SGH's Skills of Tomorrow with AI course. I combine customer communication, problem-solving, and process-focused operational work.
