At ADRIA B&T, I work on digital banking and financing projects, translating business needs into product requirements and coordinating across teams. For FINEA’s Corporate Financing Platform, I helped define the product vision and prioritize detailed user stories in JIRA.

For the financing platform, I modeled and optimized credit-granting processes in BPMN and followed client acceptance testing, including tests of corrections. I also tracked project progress and risks and contributed to project and steering committees.

For ACAPS’s Insurance Company Scoring application, I facilitated workshops with business experts to define scoring algorithms and indicators. I prepared detailed functional specifications, translated regulatory requirements into product features, and conducted functional testing and anomaly follow-up.

Earlier, during my ADRIA Business&Technology internship, I studied banking modules including KYC/CRM, compliance, and risk, and prepared specifications for KYC screening. I also designed service models and configured Camunda for a proof of concept.
