At Trimble Forestry, I developed detailed business and functional requirements for a forestry management system project with a French customer. I liaised between business units, end-users, technical teams, and support teams, and assisted with resolving client technical issues.
At Neoxia Morocco, I’ve worked on client projects including AXA’s claims management platform and the JESA - OCP Collab project. My work has included running needs workshops, constructing backlogs, planning iterations, and coordinating teams.
I’ve also contributed to web and mobile product work through functional testing, delivery, and UX/UI design activities. I’m Scrum Master Certified and Product Owner Certified, and I use tools such as Jira, Axure, Figma, and Power BI.
