At Niji, I manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and functional IT roles, partnering with hiring managers to define precise requirements and deliver qualified talent.
I've built a 12-person IT delivery team across developers, technical leads, and QA, as well as a Salesforce team of developers, SFCC consultants, and a business analyst.
I source and engage more than 50 candidates each week through LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards, while coordinating interviews, maintaining ATS data, reporting, and onboarding new collaborators.
