I'm looking to continue leading full-cycle recruitment, partnering with hiring managers, building strong talent pipelines, and improving candidate experience within a collaborative, people-focused culture.

I've managed end-to-end recruitment for legal professionals at The Ward Law Group and across portfolio roles at Azura Group and LEONI Wiring Systems.

I source, screen, assess, and onboard talent through job boards, ATS platforms, LinkedIn, agencies, and external partners. I partner closely with hiring managers, maintain qualified pipelines, track recruitment KPIs, and focus on a collaborative candidate experience and strong company culture.
