I’m a highly skilled Collection agent with 2 years of experience in collections, recovery strategy, and structuring. I manage bad debt by cutting down the number of aged accounts and keeping the delinquency process controlled and accurate.

In my collections roles, I administered the delinquency cycle, made collections calls, and used skip tracing to locate and reconnect with account holders. I created repayment plans based on account holders’ financial situations and identified past due accounts to contact for payment arrangements.

Beyond collections, I’ve supported property operations as a Maintenance Coordinator, coordinating maintenance to keep day-to-day systems running smoothly. I’m comfortable working with property tools including Appfolio, Propertyware, yardi, and Rentvine.

I bring strong time management, clear communication, and a team-first approach to every task. I also offer language support as a French-English interpreter and bring hands-on applied food production experience from my education.
