What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a finance or accounts receivable role where I can improve billing accuracy, manage collections, analyze financial information, and contribute to efficient operational processes.

At Arrive Logistics, I managed accounts receivable operations, serving as the primary contact for customers and sales teams on rate requests, approvals, and accessorial charges.

I monitored customer aging reports, managed invoice collections, maintained billing accuracy, and supported ACH payment setups. I also partnered with internal teams to resolve un-invoiced revenue, unapplied cash, and payment errors.
