What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can implement ABA programs under supervision, collect accurate behavioral data, and support clients’ progress with consistency, teamwork, and strong treatment integrity.

I’m a Registered Behavior Technician experienced in implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting precise real-time behavioral data, and supporting individuals with developmental needs in both clinical and home settings. I deliver 1:1 therapy for clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), using Applied Behavior Analysis principles to track progress accurately.

I bring a detail-oriented, high-integrity approach to session structure and treatment implementation, conducting Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Natural Environment Teaching (NET), applying behavior reduction strategies from BIPs, and supporting generalization across environments. I also bring leadership and accountability from my prior Owner/Operator role and security background, where I managed operations, trained others, and handled challenging situations calmly while maintaining safety and compliance.
