Provides leadership and management of clinical operations during evenings, overnight, and weekends as the onsite manager for all clinical areas. Acts as the main decision maker and facilitator in addressing staffing issues and ensuring effective communication across departments.

Responsible for strategic planning, quality and operational improvement, client service, budget management, capital equipment prioritization, and human resources planning of clinical programs. Led and managed five clinical areas including inpatient unit, outpatient clinic, sleep lab, pulmonary function lab, and Vascular Access Team. Managed a $7.5M budget and over 110 direct reports, achieving top performance in hand hygiene compliance and reducing falls rate.

Led, developed and implemented investigative plans for resolutions, clinical investigations, and Registrar's Investigations. Managed over 50 caseloads simultaneously and collaborated with regulatory bodies and healthcare systems.

Provided direct and individualized nursing care to emergency patients, including assessment, intervention, education and patient advocacy. Worked closely with multidisciplinary team to ensure compassionate, collaborative and competent care.

Supervised undergraduate nursing students in a clinical setting, facilitating learning through collaboration and providing ongoing feedback. Served as a mentor and role model while maintaining a safe learning environment.

Delivered holistic family-centered care to infants, children and adolescents with long-term care needs, providing direct personal care that promoted physical, psychosocial and spiritual well-being.
