I’m a Lead Mobile Application Developer with 5+ years of experience building scalable Android, iOS, Flutter, and AI-powered applications. I’m known for owning products end-to-end—from concept to release—and delivering production apps used by thousands of users.

In my current role, I lead a team of 4 mobile developers, covering architecture, technical decisions, sprint planning, and delivery timelines for high-visibility Android and iOS apps. I hire and mentor developers, run code reviews, and collaborate closely with product, design, backend teams, and clients to turn requirements into roadmaps and sprint plans.

I build reliable, maintainable mobile systems using MVVM and GetX, and I set up codebases, architecture, and CI/CD pipelines. I’ve integrated payments via Switch and JazzCash, Google Maps through Geolocator, and Firebase for push notifications and authentication—while improving performance by reducing APK size and optimizing startup/loading times.

I also focus on quality through unit and integration tests to increase release stability. My work includes Poncho scaling to 10,000+ downloads with a 5-star rating across 45+ partner venues, and GymBot, an AI fitness application using real-time motion recognition and computer-vision assisted analysis.
