I am a self-motivated Journalism and Digital Media major with hands-on experience in technical support for media production and customer-facing roles. I combine strong verbal and written communication with empathy and active listening to resolve issues and build rapport.
During an assistant technician role, I supported setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of journalism equipment, improving operational reliability for faculty and students. In customer service roles I handled inbound calls, documented case actions, educated customers on products and policies, and successfully pitched relevant offerings.
I hold a BA in Journalism and Digital Media and certifications in digital marketing and digital literacy; I am adaptable, quick to learn new tools (CRM, Zendesk, Ultron, Microsoft Office) and eager to contribute to customer-centric, dynamic teams.
