What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer service or support role where I can resolve customer issues, use CRM systems, strengthen service delivery, and continue building my technical troubleshooting and communication skills.

At CCI Kenya, I resolve customer inquiries, process billing and payments accurately, and maintain detailed CRM records that support issue resolution and audit compliance.

I manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer interactions, provide product information, and build stronger relationships through personalized, proactive engagement. I also collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve the customer experience.

Previously at USIU-Africa, I created multimedia presentations, edited audio for radio distribution, and produced content for websites, press releases, and social media.

I'm completing a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Digital Media and bring strong communication, documentation, de-escalation, and technical troubleshooting skills.
