I am a dedicated and well-organized professional with a strong work ethic and exceptional interpersonal communication skills. My experience in customer service has allowed me to thrive in collaborative environments, where I build meaningful connections and contribute effectively as a team member. I am enthusiastic about learning and adaptable, which enables me to take on diverse responsibilities across industries, showcasing my versatility and proactive approach.

At CCI Kenya, I started as a Customer Service Expert, where I managed phone, chat, email, and social media support for clients like Shutterfly and Snapfish. My fast learning skills and exceptional service led to a promotion to Subject Matter Expert (SME) within four months. In this role, I handled escalations, made outbound calls, and provided training to colleagues. My participation in leadership programs, such as Step-Up and Y-Leap, further enhanced my leadership abilities.

In September 2023, I was promoted to Team Lead, where I guided my team to achieve and maintain their KPIs. I also ventured into remote customer service with TalentPop, balancing my on-site role while managing chat and phone support, data entry, and social media interactions. My journey reflects my commitment to excellence in customer service and my passion for continuous personal and professional growth.
