I'm seeking an opportunity to contribute to exceptional guest service and operational efficiency in a hospitality or lodge environment, using my experience in reservations, marketing, administration, and customer care.

I've managed reservations, marketing, guest engagement, tours, and itineraries at A Nomad's Rest Lodge in Arusha, after progressing from Secretary to Reservations & Marketing Manager. I developed marketing strategies for local and international clients, created social media content, and supported client acquisition for accommodation, restaurant, pool, and playground services.

Across Ngedere Lodge, Sprout360.Africa, and Jungle Pearl Resort, I've supported front-desk service, bookings, food costing, kitchen inventory, administration, and hotel clients in Kenya and Tanzania. I'm known for reliable, disciplined service and for handling multiple responsibilities in fast-paced lodge environments.
