At PTH Financial & Insurance, I lead a nationwide regulatory-intelligence and compliance-data program, managing a 30+ member team building a platform-ready repository of more than half a million U.S. licensing, permit, registration, and compliance records. I translate complex requirements into software-ready rules, workflows, renewal logic, dashboards, alerts, and client communications.
My earlier work with Haashar Pakistan, IFRC, SRSP, and SSD built my foundation in program delivery, stakeholder coordination, field leadership, livelihoods recovery, community mobilization, and accountability. I bring experience aligning diverse teams, government authorities, communities, and operational partners around practical implementation in complex environments.
