I am a dedicated Project Management and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) expert with over 9 years of experience in managing diverse projects and programs. My journey has been marked by a commitment to excellence, particularly in the academic sector, where I currently serve as a Program Manager at the Cholistan Institute of Technical Education. Here, I have successfully led initiatives that not only recovered from the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic but also introduced innovative market-based strategies that have significantly enhanced our academic offerings.

Previously, I honed my skills at Ernst & Young, where I was the sole member of the M&E team involved in all phases of project development, from proposal to final reporting. My role involved training new staff, conducting field evaluations, and developing comprehensive M&E strategies that drove project success. I take pride in my ability to analyze data effectively, ensuring that our projects meet their objectives while maintaining stakeholder engagement and satisfaction.
