What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a strategic leadership role in microfinance sales and operations where I can grow portfolios, develop products, strengthen teams, and expand climate-resilience solutions.

I lead zonal sales, operations, portfolio management, product development, and program expansion at Safco Microfinance Company across Sindh. I also handle technical assistance for climate-resilience products for microfinance clients.

I've built customer-centric operations, increased zonal sales through targeted marketing and key-client relationships, and used market research to expand the client base. My work includes managing diverse teams and strengthening operational processes.

Earlier, I managed credit, enterprise development, micro-credit, and micro-leasing portfolios with Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund, ORIX Leasing Pakistan, SAFWCO, and National Rural Support Program. I bring an M.Sc. in Economics and experience in portfolio management, client appraisal, financial planning, and staff capacity building.
