Managed USAID-funded Strengthening and Implementing Academic Programs project, developed annual work plans, built teams, and launched eight Master's programs while meeting donor requirements over a four-year timeframe.

Led implementation and technical support for Ministry of Women's Development initiatives, designed trainings, maintained documentation and budgets, and supported UN gender parity programs.

Led reproductive health advocacy and clinic programs across districts, built partnerships with government and UN agencies, organized health camps, and managed clinical teams and reporting.

Completed a Post Graduate Certificate course in Human Resource in Health Management at Queen Margaret University in 2011.

Completed a Master of Business Administration at The Islamia University, Bahawalpur in 2000.
