Designed and developed 400+ visual-first learning content focused on AI literacy for K–12 learners, translating complex AI concepts into accessible, age-appropriate instructional materials. Created engaging, story-driven learning experiences leveraging visual storytelling, layout hierarchy, and motion principles to improve learner comprehension and retention.

Designed and developed 10+ asynchronous pre-recorded courses for global learners, managing the end-to-end instructional design process. Built 15+ workflow automations to support course production, including a system that manages 4,500+ instructional design documents and reduced manual workload from 30 hours per week to 6 hours per week.

Led the design and launch of Dicoding's first soft skills course on personal development, from ideation to full production. Designed and delivered B2B intensive online learning programs serving 5,000 participants annually, including curriculum, materials, and assessments. Coordinated assessment operations and facilitated soft skills training, recognized as Best Instructor three times.

Designed and developed 40+ digital learning courses across leadership, finance, digital transformation, sales & marketing, and technology. Introduced the organization's first cinematic kinetic typography learning content and created a short-film–based module on quiet quitting, both still used in learning programs.
