I am a fresh graduate in Educational Technology with a concentration in Curriculum Development, with over a year of experience in the field of education, training, and development. I have a strong passion for human capital development and am eager to continue improving my skills and knowledge.

I have worked as a Freelance Instructional Designer, Freelance Curator, and Intern - Learning and Curriculum Analyst, where I developed comprehensive learning documents, designed interactive learning activities, and coordinated with teams of experts. I have also held organizational experience as the Head of National Human Resource Department and Staff of Organization Resource Development.

I am a strong public speaker and have presented at various international and national events, including the Kobe Youth Summit and Bandung Youth Summit. I am excited to continue growing and contributing to the field of education and human capital development.
