As a Freelance Instructional Designer, I collaborate with UIN Siber Syekh Nurjati Cirebon to transform learning materials into e-learning courses. I design syllabi, create engaging content, and coordinate with experts to enhance distance learning experiences.

In my role as a Freelance Curator, I guide course creators in developing comprehensive study plans for career training. I provide feedback to enhance training quality and manage learning documents within Google Workspace.

In this volunteer role, I conceptualized needs analysis plans for upgrading programs and coordinated training initiatives across multiple universities, enhancing the training curriculum for community members.

As a staff member, I was responsible for planning development and training systems for first-year students, contributing to curriculum development for educational activities.

As an Intern, I conducted needs analysis and researched trending topics to design tailored soft-skill development programs. I developed comprehensive learning documents and constructed training programs for various target groups.
