What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build accessible, scalable digital learning and learning-platform solutions, leading cross-functional delivery while partnering with subject-matter experts and stakeholders to improve learner experience and training operations.

I've delivered digital learning solutions at PT Verztec Consulting Indonesia, progressing from Digital Learning Developer to Digital Learning Innovation & Development Lead. I translate learning objectives into interactive, accessible training experiences.

I lead cross-functional teams across learning design, eLearning development, multimedia, UI/UX, animation, video, and desktop publishing. I coordinate client SMEs, vendors, review cycles, and delivery risks to keep projects aligned with scope, quality, and timelines.
