What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own client accounts, improve retention through CRM workflows, and support QA/compliance and reporting so clients get clear next steps.

I manage 10+ medical and service client accounts as the primary liaison at Patients Flow/Ahmed Solutions, running weekly Zoom business reviews and Loom video reports to turn reporting into client recommendations.

At Ibex Global in Karachi, I supervised cross-functional customer support and QA/training work across insurance and warranty campaigns, resolving escalations and complaints within SLAs to keep QA compliance and customer satisfaction at 95%+.

Alongside account retention and onboarding, I’ve supported premium reseller accounts and built automated scheduling and campaign reporting dashboards using GHL, Calendly, and CRM tools.
