What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead rollout, scaling, and transformation work for digital products, particularly streaming, media, e-commerce, and AI-enabled platforms.

I lead the rollout, scaling, and transformation of digital B2B and B2C products, from streaming platforms to e-commerce and AI video solutions.

As an independent consultant, I’m bringing AI video integration for publishers to market through pressplay.solutions and launching an AI-based yield orchestration ad layer through streamwyse.de.

At Deutsche Streaming Allianz, I managed post-merger customer transfers to net digital AG and rolled out streaming platforms for Banijay Media Germany, Sport1, and Talk Now. My work spans cloud and frontend transfers, team coordination, technical integrations, release, and hypercare.

I’ve also led video-platform rollout work at ProSiebenSat.1, delivered the BundesligaPass MVP at DFL Digital Sports, and managed platform and merchandise-system migrations for EuroVideo and Beate Uhse.
