At Deutsche Telekom, I’ve led enterprise-wide digital transformation, infrastructure, and organizational change initiatives for more than six years. Most recently, I managed strategic IPv6 transformation initiatives across technical and business stakeholders.
I developed Skill Lab into a company-wide learning and enablement platform supporting digital transformation, leading an interdisciplinary team of trainers, agile coaches, and subject-matter experts. I’ve also coordinated budgets and worked closely with HR, employee representatives, and leadership.
I combine project and program management with agile coaching, executive stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and change communication. I build learning and change programs that help teams adopt new ways of working sustainably.
