I seek a leadership role in healthcare operations where I can drive lab system integrations, improve processes, ensure compliance, and deliver measurable revenue and efficiency gains within a collaborative, mission-driven organization.

I am a strategic healthcare operations leader with over 10 years of experience in laboratory systems, clinical operations, and cross-functional project leadership within top-tier medical institutions. I drive process improvements, recovered over $3M in outstanding lab revenue through a digital billing overhaul, integrated labs and supply rooms to improve efficiency, and lead regulatory compliance efforts (CAP, HIPAA).

I collaborate with clinical, technical, and executive stakeholders to translate clinical needs into scalable solutions, implement LIS integrations (Cerner, Epic, Sunquest), and standardize workflows across provider networks. I am currently completing an MBA in Healthcare and continue to focus on operational excellence, system integrations, and measurable cost and time reductions.
