I'm looking to lead laboratory operations, quality, regulatory compliance, LIS optimization, instrumentation, and staff development in an acute-care hospital setting.

I lead laboratory section operations at Orlando Health Melbourne Hospital, directing multiple departments, staffing, quality performance, regulatory readiness, inventory, and patient-care improvement initiatives.

I've led laboratory-wide standardization of Sysmex XN-1000, Abbott Alinity ci, ACL TOP, and Cepheid platforms, and supported the implementation, validation, and optimization of Epic Beaker, SoftBank Blood Bank, CCV testing, and MRT testing. I partner with physicians, nursing, IT, and laboratory teams to improve workflows, turnaround time, quality indicators, and staff competency.

Across acute-care hospital laboratories in Florida, New Jersey, and Texas, I've performed and overseen testing in hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, microbiology, immunology, coagulation, blood bank, and point-of-care services while maintaining CAP, CLIA, AABB, OSHA, and state compliance.
