What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead scalable laboratory and scientific operations, improve workflows and traceability, and help cross-functional teams deliver high-quality preclinical research.

I've built Anatomic Pathology Sciences and CLIA laboratory capabilities at Seagen/Pfizer, supporting approximately 250 unique IHC experiments and 10,000 toxicology slides annually.

I lead laboratory operations across histology, immunohistochemistry, and image analysis, introducing LIMS-supported workflows, new instrumentation, and centralized biorepository functions. These changes improved operational efficiency by more than 10% while strengthening sample traceability and consistency.

Previously at Amgen, I supported discovery-stage oncology programs through assay strategy, IHC/IF protocol development, multiplex panels, automated assays, and image-analysis workflows. I also served as an interim project leader, Principal Investigator for IACUC protocols, and cross-functional representative for discovery programs.

I'm motivated by translating complex scientific and pathology workflows into practical plans that help researchers, technical teams, pathologists, and leaders deliver high-quality work.
